An Italian-born actress took the witness stand in the rape trial of Harvey Weinstein on Tuesday and described how he allegedly pressured her and one of his accusers to have a threesome with him.
Emanuela Postacchini, 32, told the Manhattan Supreme Court jury that in February 2013, she was invited by the Weinstein Company to go to the SoHo House members-only club in California, where she was introduced by Weinstein to Jessica Mann, who has accused Weinstein of rape.
A day or so later, Postacchini, also a model, met Weinstein at the Montage Beverly Hills hotel, she said.
“He came down the elevator, and he wanted me to get with him in the elevator, and he brought me up to his room,” where Mann was, Postacchini said.
“I remember seeing her on the right in the living room of the hotel room. … She was just walking, standing in the living room of the suite,” she said.
Weinstein then redirected them to the bedroom, where he initiated the three-way, she claimed.
“He told us to do something … telling us to do something together,” Postacchini said. “I can’t recall exactly what it was … to interact with a female.”
Mann ran out of the bedroom crying, according to Postacchini, who said she went after Mann.
“She was crying in the fetal position on the ground, crying, and I just tried … to calm her down,” Postacchini testified.

The rape accuser recalled of the threeseome Friday, “Harvey was telling us orchestrations like ‘I want you to go down on her,’ and I said ‘I don’t know how to do that,’ and I think that I grabbed her boob.”
Mann said she “ran out of there into the bathroom and started crying.”
Under cross-examination, Postacchini said she “felt manipulated into a situation I didn’t want to be” in, referring to the alleged encounter with Mann and Weinstein.
She said the “situation I was brought in was forced.”
The witness admitted that she had had at least one consensual “sexual interaction” with Weinstein before that incident.
“He opened up [the door] wearing a bathrobe and asking me for a massage,” Postacchini said in reference to an undated encounter.
She did not elaborate.
Postacchini said she first came to the US in 2009 with an ex-boyfriend, and in 2012 — shortly before she relocated to America — met Weinstein at the Venice Film Festival, where the two discussed acting possibilities.
Weinstein later flew Postacchini to London to read for a role in the film “One Chance.”
Postacchini was called as a witness by the prosecution Tuesday because of a scheduling issue. Her testimony interrupted the cross-examination of Mann, which resumed late Tuesday morning.
Weinstein is charged with two counts of predatory sexual assault, two counts of rape and one count of criminal sex act stemming from allegations involving Mann, former “Project Runway” TV producer Miriam “Mimi” Haleyi and HBO “Sopranos” actress Annabella Sciorra.
The 67-year-old former Tinseltown tycoon has claimed all of his sexual encounters were consensual.
He faces up to life in prison if convicted on the top charge.
